Typically we meet you at your home before you leave for work at 8am for the Full Day or Morning Half Day services. If this does not work we have a few options, we have partner companies where you can drop off your keys and we can collect and return for you. Alternatively if you are a Delta Security Management Customer: We are open to alternative ways some suggestions below but please email us at info@beehome.co to arrange this: We collect the key at a time that is convenient typically the evening before or morning before our customers go to work We get a code to a customers key lock at their property Customer sends us a key and we hold onto this for ongoing services

Typically we would return the key through the letter box at the end of the service in a secure manner this is assuming you have a spare key, unless you are using a partner key management company then we would return the key to that company and notify you. If this is not the case we would on a Full Day booking expect you to return home to collect you key in person. We can be flexible to your specific request please email info@beehome.co to discuss further. Some suggest options are below: Arrange for a time that is convenient to drop the key of in person. Key returned to a different location we can do that too.

Once you book we will be in contact with you alternatively email us first or pick up the phone and we will work with you to ensure that they have all the information from you to be successful.

The house sitter just needs a place to sit and they are a freelancer so they will work whilst they work for your delivery or trades person. During this time they will manage the item / delivery and contact and notify you as is neccessary. They 100% will not go looking around the house or any other untrustworthy activities.
